Upfront & detailed pricing, support from your care team at every step, and clear written plans before you pay. Every patient is assigned a patient coordinator for questions about costs or insurance.
All consultations, testing, and treatments are clearly itemised, no hidden extras. Medications, donor services, embryo storage, and anesthesia are always shown as separate options, never bundled.
Finance & payment options
Spread the cost: We offer flexible payment plans for all major treatments, including IVF and egg freezing. Speak with your coordinator for a custom quote.
Employer fertility benefit programs may be accepted. Insurance is not standard for private clinics in the UK, but we support paperwork for eligible policies.
Refunds and guarantees
We’re committed to fairness. If a procedure or package is not performed, you won’t pay for it. Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before your defined start date.
Refunds after treatment begins are calculated based on the phase reached, your coordinator will walk you through exact amounts. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Insurance & peace of mind
While private fertility clinics are not typically covered by NHS or standard UK health insurance, Fertility London provides all the documentation you’ll need to submit claims to select policies or employer benefit programs.
